Jenny is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Chef, Permaculture Designer, and Herbalist.
Jenny was introduced to Ayurveda at a yoga teacher training 10 years ago and loved it so much that I enrolled in the San Diego College of Ayurveda. Jenny attended culinary school at the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio and went on to become a Certified Ayurvedic Chef at the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley.
Jenny has been teaching Ayurvedic Cooking Classes, cheffing retreats, and facilitating programs for clients from around the globe to share this vast medicinal science through the work of our hands.
In 2021, she received her Permaculture Design and Herbalism Certification in Guatemala. Jenny currently helps grow food and medicine at Villa Kali Ma Women's Recovery Center in Carlsbad, CA, and an adult behavioral center in Fallbrook.
She especially loves to educate people on how to step into radical self-reliance in such a chaotic world.
