The physical changes I experienced: losing weight, my doctor telling me I no longer needed my thyroid medicine, increasing my energy and experiencing less brain fog and resting more- all of this was a direct result of the information and gentle push that Jenny gave me.

I now have tons of recipes that nourish and heal, that make me feel better literally from the inside out. I have learned how to consciously up my daily ritual in every aspect of my life is in more in tune, grounded, and available for magic.

I used many of the recipes, hands on techniques and incorporated the learned principles to better my life and health. I feel empowered with the knowledge of the healing properties of each plant. The Ayurvedic Chef certification course led by Zarah and Jenni was a life-changing educational experience. In the course, our teachers provided all of the ingredients and provided each of us our own cookbook, led hands-on cooking tutorials, held discussions/presentations, and introduced us to the principles and practices of Ayurvedic cooking. Since the course, I have been able to make incredible Ayurvedic dishes, adapt my eating rituals and lifestyle, and create serious healing for my own digestion. Zarah and Jenny's Vedic Chef Certification was EXACTLY what I had been searching for, I knew the minute I saw it I was going to sign up and it was an absolutely amazing and blessed experience. I really wanted to explore a deep dive into Ayurvedic diet & nutrition and this is exactly what this course offered from two incredibly talented and wise women who have dedicated their lives to holistic healing. Not only did we get an in-depth breakdown of vedic nutrition, but we got to experience a weekend cooking intensive where we put all we learned into practice. I have been able to take the skills and wisdom from this course and apply it to my catering offerings. I do not have enough praise for Jenny and Zarah's certification course - it will provide a solid Ayurvedic groundwork whether you want to learn these principles for yourself or use them in your practice or offerings. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to take the next level course with them if it is ever offered.
